Two presentations by the Match’In project team addressed these questions at events organized by the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Gender Equality, Displacement and Integration North Rhine-Westphalia in autumn 2023. The conferences in Dortmund and Düsseldorf were aimed at representatives of municipal integration management (KIM) and municipal integration centers (KI). The aim was to network them with each other and strengthen them in the area of change management. Match’In can also be a building block to support municipalities in making integration more targeted and potential-oriented, starting with the question of precise allocation.
