A few months before the end of the project, the project partners from science and practice used the meeting to take a look at the ongoing piloting, the initial project results and the time after the end of the project.
Based on the matches generated in recent months and the allocations already made on the basis of the pilot procedure, the scientific project team was able to gain initial impressions of how the matching system is working. Even though at the end of the project period there will be no “finished” procedure that can be used immediately across the board, the experience and knowledge gained will provide a basis for further development together with the practitioners involved. For this reason, considerations on the further development and use of the Match’In process also played an important role at this project meeting.
